Anyone who claims to be Christian says that they believe what the Bible teaches. But we all know that even people who share a similar view of the Bible interpret it lots of different ways.
The Bible is God’s Word to us, and is therefore our only rule for faith and life. The Ecumenical Creeds and the Three Forms of Unity are merely summaries of the Bible’s basic teachings. We can all know what the Bible actually teaches. The Bible is, after all, a collection of 66 books, that just like any other books, can be understood with proper study.
Be sure to test these creeds and forms of unity with the Bible, then come alongside countless Christians in history who affirm their truth and beauty.
The Ecumenical Creeds
Ancient summaries of basic Bible teachings written in part to defend God’s people against heresies sadly still alive today.
The Three Forms of Unity
500-year-old summaries of basic Bible teachings written in part to defend God’s people from deep-seated theological and moral corruption in all kinds of false churches and movements.
