The high calling of the Christian is not to go and impose legalistic constraints on everyone he meets, but to love his God and heavenly Father, who has adopted him in Jesus Christ to be a his sons and daughters, and heirs. This new position and life is our great joy, but will also be the source of much suffering in this world, which are called to endure that we may receive the everlasting inheritance.
